As of April 23rd, 2024, Itellas has launched a whole new platform, which includes a new Control Panel and a new calling system. Some highlights of our platform are:

• Completely upgraded back-end technology across our entire network and calling platform
• More reliable connections through additional upstream voice vendors
• New payment processing which offers payments via bank accounts, Cash App, and more!
• Improved call quality and reliability

Customers joining Itellas will automatically be enrolled in the new platform. Existing customers can transition their accounts to the new system at their convenience.

Note: All accounts must be transitioned by July 29th, 2024. Any accounts not yet brought over to our new platform will be automatically migrated at that time.
